Hydraulic Roller Mills

This roller mill has been designed with two hydraulic motors, and can be situated on a mixing wagon.

By using the two hydraulic motors, the problems associated with sprockets, chains, pulleys and belts are eliminated, reducing maintenance time.

Concentrate Adder

Our adder holds 120 litres and is designed to add pelletized concentrates info your rolled grain. It is constructed from U.V stabilized polyethylene and the frame is dip galvanized to prevent corrosion.

It is operated by an electric motor and gearbox with a variable speed drive for easy adjustment of your concentrates.

Polyethylene Feed Hopper & Feed System

This feeding system features our polyethylene feed hopper which has revolutionised the feeding system industry. They are extremely hard wearing and more importantly, easy for the farmer to install. Will not rust like steel hoppers and will not deteriorate easily in your dairy or piggery.

Feed drop is accurately controlled by motor driven auger and easy to adjust timer. Can be used by any filling system in your dairy. Adaption to I.D feeding may be done at a later date if required.
